Scholarships for masters and training courses offer you the chance to pursue a one-year specialised master’s degree programme or a 4-to-6-month advanced training course within a higher education institution of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Belgium. Deadline: 10 January and 7 February 2020 .

2012 Fellowships report
The 2012 Fellowships report shows the progress of the activities planned under the scholarship program during 2012 , from the selection of candidates for the preparation of the 2013 program.
This was the thirteenth year of implementation of the Convention on Scholarships and Internships . The experience gained over the past twelve years has served as a basis for the smooth running of the activities. It was, in addition, the third year of funding for PhDs and doctoral students in the South, namely doctoral, doctoral and local scholarships . The first part of the report summarizes the various procedures and procedures implemented under the scholarship program, such as the selection of fellows, the organization of their arrival in Belgium and, in the context of international courses and internships, the results obtained by the fellows. The second part is devoted to statistics . It presents graphically the number of applications received and the number of fellows selected, in particular by country and by gender. The third part concerns the preparation of the 2013 program , and more specifically the distribution of scholarships in the framework of international courses and internships and the arrangements related to the implementation of doctoral, doctoral and local scholarships. What financial support?
Each year, ARES grants an average of 150 scholarships as part of the master’s program, and 70 grants for training courses, to citizens from countries in the global South.

Hello Madam/sir My name is Ruth Mansueto. I'm from Lupot Sabang Danao City Cebu 6004 Philippines. I am now a 1st year college taking up a Education which is Bachelor of Elementary Education. now I am looking forward doing my bachelor degree in Belgium because I have a relatives in there. But Due to the financial problem my mother is only a street vendor while my father is a construction worker their salary is not enough to sustain my needs in school. we can't able to afford to pay for my education to the higher level to bachelor degree.
